Sauna Journey at Night in Viimsi SPA18+ restore your senses and get rid of tension!
A sauna visit can be much more than just hot steam – it is a journey of self-discovery and complete relaxation of body and mind. We invite you to take part in a night sauna excursion on the second Friday of every month. Under the guidance of Viimsi SPA sauna masters and Saunaelamus (saunaelamus.ee) master Rain Pärnaste, you will be taken on a journey of self-discovery and recovery in order to get rid of the tensions created during the work week.

The evening begins with a guided breathing session that will help you relax and prepare your body and mind for the journey ahead.

During the “Soul Relaxation” ritual, you can experience fiddling with various plants and sauna candles, which will lead you into deep relaxation. On the way, you can feel how nature caresses and touches you, offering peace and balance.

With the “Touch of nature”, we clean all the tension accumulated in the body by releasing the old and unnecessary with the body scrub. The skin remains silky soft and the mind light.

We end the sauna trip in the Turkish Hamam sauna with foamy sauna baths, after which you return home with peace and well-being, leaving your soul with anticipation before the new event!
