Good practices at trainings
Group Fitness
- Booking is necessary for all group fitness classes.
- When going to the training, you will receive a group training card from the sport’s club reception, which you must give to the trainer before the training.
- Visitors can participate in group trainings individually starting from 14 years of age.
- The training will take place, if 1,5 hour before the beginning of the training at least 3 people have registered for the class.
- Please do not be late for class, because it disturbs other participants! Every training starts with warm-up exercises, which is an inseparable part of the training in order to avoid injuries.
- It is obligatory to use a training towel in the trainings for wiping sweat and placing under you when using a training mat.
- Take the training equipment used in bodypump and other trainings back to their place only after the end of the class, so you will not disturb other participants in the middle of the training.
- A training class ends with stretching exercises, after which we kindly ask you to return the training equipment back to its place.
- Please clean the training equipment and training mat with disinfection substance after the training.
- Do not leave the training earlier, it disturbs the finishing of the class and the stretching exercises performed at the end of the class are important for recovering the muscles and preventing injuries!
- Do not take a mobile phone with you into the training. Leave it into the closet or use a safe.
- Be friendly to other club members and considerable to other training participants.
Gym
- Place dumb-bells, discs and other (training) equipment at their place after using them and, if necessary, clean with disinfection substance.
- When lifting heavy weights, call a trainer to secure you.
- Feel free to ask the trainer for advice and recommendations.
- For safety reasons children under 14 years not allowed to the gym.
- It is obligatory to use a training towel. Please place the towel on training machines as well as on mats.
- Please do not be barefoot in the training hall. It is possible to buy socks from the training club reception.
- Do not take a mobile phone with you into the training. Leave it into the closet or use a safe.
- Be friendly to other club members and considerable to other training participants.
- We ask you to adhere to hygiene rules and maintain high training culture!
